All patients and institutions outside the U.S.A. - Three (3) year warranty.* |

| Technology Advancement Warranty |
The Technology Advancement Warranty provides
an economical means for current SmartVest® Airway
Clearance System patients to benefit from product innovations.
This Warranty is available to every patient who has purchased
a SmartVest® Airway Clearance
System through year 2006.
The Technology Advancement Warranty allows patients who
have purchased a unit from Electromed, Inc. to one time exchange
their current technology system for an upgraded unit when
they (i) return their current system, and (ii) accept billing
of $1,000.00 (USD) plus shipping costs. Taking into account
the demand for new technology systems, such exchange will
be effected within one year of the date of the request. This
offer is subject to successful registration of any new model
in the receiving country. |
