Robert
Hansen
Co-Founder, Chairman &
Chief
Executive Officer
Robert Hansen co-founded Electromed, Inc. in 1992. He is responsible
for the strategic direction, planning, financing and development of the
Company. Mr. Hansen has been a principal in several successful entrepreneurial
ventures resulting in the issuance of more than 50 patents. He holds
a Bachelor of Arts from Dana College and advanced degrees from the University
of Cincinnati, the University of St. Thomas, and Luther Theological Seminary. |

Craig Hansen
Co-Founder & Director of
Engineering
Craig Hansen is the co-founder of Electromed, Inc. and is
a member of Electromed's Board of Directors. Mr. Hansen is
also co-founder of Hansen Engine Corporation serving as Vice
President of Research & Development. He has been awarded more
than 40 U.S. patents in diverse fields, including consumer products, pumps, compressors,
valves and medical systems. He currently provides R&D consulting services to
Electromed. Mr. Hansen attended Iowa State University's School of Engineering
and is a graduate of Western Iowa Technical School. |

Terry
Belford
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Belford's responsibilities include managing all facets of the company's
financial activities. Before joining Electromed, Mr. Belford was a successful
independent accountant and consultant in distribution, import and manufacturing
industries and has also served as controller and chief financial officer
for both start-up and established companies prior to his consulting career.
Mr. Belford earned a B.S. degree from the University of Missouri and
holds a CMA designation. He has served as Vice President of the Minneapolis
Chapter of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants. |

Paul
Cross
Manager of Engineering
Mr. Cross received his Mechanical Engineering BSME degree from the University
of Minnesota Institute of Technology in 1980. His background has focused
on the design, development, and testing of engine, compressor, and pump
technologies. Most recently he served as Vice President of Engineering
for Hansen Engine Corporation. His training and expertise provide essential
elements for the ongoing innovation in Electromed's product development
programs. |

Lonnie
Helgeson
Product Operations Manager
Mr. Helgeson has held key product development and production positions
at several leading entrepreneurial companies over the past 20 years,
developing and bringing to market products involving electronic and electrical/mechanical
actuation. His background provides the effective and practical leadership
needed in the production of the SmartVest® Airway
Clearance System and facilitates development of additional applications
for the company's technology. Mr. Helgeson holds a B.S. degree from North
Dakota State College. |

Janet
Wilson
Payor Relations
In Ms. Wilson's career, she has established a solid reputation for successfully
introducing and securing reimbursement for innovative medical products
and services by developing and maintaining strong relationships within
the payor community. She serves as a patient advocate working with the
insurer to approve referrals and achieve the best outcome for the patient,
the family and the payor. Prior to Electromed, Ms. Wilson managed payor
activities at Alpha Therapeutic Services, AHF, Inc., and other notable
national medical companies. |

Martin
Davig, RRT
National Sales Manager
Mr. Davig joined Electromed as the Manager of Patient Services and was
rapidly promoted to National Sales Manager. In that position he is developing
and managing the company's sales network of Clinical Area Managers. As
a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Mr. Davig has more than 25 years
of experience in a variety of health care settings, including management
positions in acute care, long term and rehab care, and durable medical
equipment sales and service. |

Clara
Buri, CRT-NPS, RCP
Manager of Patient Services
In her position of Manager of Patient Services, Ms. Buri's focus is patient
training and education, patient follow-up and medical support for the
reimbursement staff. As a respiratory therapist, Ms. Buri has 30 years
of experience in patient care, including NICU, adult critical care and
staff development. She has taught in Respiratory Therapy programs and
worked in patient support for durable medical equipment companies. Ms.
Buri received her training in respiratory therapy at the California College
of Health Sciences and also attended the University of Iowa. |

Greg
Spurlock
Manager of Quality Assurance
Mr. Spurlock's primary responsibility is to develop, and provide focus,
guidance and training for the Electromed Quality System. Mr. Spurlock
has over 25 years of experience in production, operations management,
quality management and technical project management in fast growing organizations.
He is responsible for ongoing FDA submissions and compliance and led
the Electromed team to successful ISO 9001/ISO 13485 certification in
2004. Mr. Spurlock is a graduate of the Control Data Institute in Computer
Technology. |
